Policies

1. Current Turnaround Time is 3-5 business days (Sundays and Holidays excluded).  From time to time there may be slight changes in my TAT.  That will be announced on my Facebook Page. Red Eyed Lacquer

2. Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final and returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.

3. Once your order has left my possession, I am no longer responsible.  If your package has been marked delivered, but has disappeared, please contact your local post office for assistance.  I can not guarantee a replacement or a refund for your order.

4. Free Shipping discounts- unless it is over 16 oz (1 pound), free shipping will NOT apply to priority shipping.  

5. Damages- If there is a damage to your order in transit, please email me with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.  Custom polishes and limited edition items may not be available for a replacement.    

6. Please make sure your address is correct when checking out.  Refunds for shipping charges or lost packages will not be issued.

7. Due to the composition of certain pigments such as neons and thermals, they have a shelf life of up to 6 months.  I can not guarantee their condition or color composition after that time period nor a refund/replacement after 6 months of purchase.
