1. What does "5 Free Mean"?

5 Free means that my polishes are free of 5 toxic chemicals that are typically found in mainstream polishes: Toulene, Formaldehyde, DBP- Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor.

Base ingredients: Nitrocelluose, Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Propyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, n-Butyl Alcohol, Triphenyl Phosphate.

Other possible ingredients: Titanium Dioxide, Silicon Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxides, Chromium Oxide Green, Ultramarines, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Aluminum, Synthetic Mica, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Synthetic Fluorophylogopite, D&C Lakes (Black 2, Orange 5, Red 6, Red 7, Red 28, Red 30, Red 34, Violet 2, Yellow 10), FD&C Lakes (Blue 1, Red 40, Yellow 5), Mica, Spectraflair, Glitter

 

2. What size are your polish bottles?  

All the polish bottles are 12 ml.

 

3. Are you Vegan and/Or Cruelty Free?

I am absolutely cruelty free and so are my ingredients.  I am almost positive my ingredients are vegan however, I am not 100% sure or comfortable making that claim that my products are vegan.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this current time I ship to Canada!  I’m looking to expand in the future!  Please inform your favorite stockists to add Red Eyed Lacquer!

 

5. My shipping label has been printed, why hasn't it been shipped immediately?

Shipping labels are printed in batches, it may take 2-3 days to package and get your order to the post office/UPS.  We are a 1 person run business and are working as fast as we can to get all orders out quickly and efficiently.

6. Why does the polish look different in photos?

While I do my best to portray color accuracy, several factors come to play: My swatchers have different skin tones, cameras, and editing software.  Computer and mobile devices monitors can change the color accuracy.  I also make my polishes in small batches.  I do my best to follow my recipes exactly, however variations can occur.
